ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents not to harass and not to interfere in the petitioner's lawful business and family life.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first and second respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by one K.Priya against the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent police.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of ''not to harass'' cannot be passed. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
