RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 20989 of 2017 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners by the order dated 04.11.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.SABEER MOHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY,Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Petitioners appeared before the Dindigul Town Police Station for thirty days from 05.01.2017 onwards and they are regularly appearing before the respondent police from 07.02.2017 onwards. 3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the Petitioners is modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police weekly once ie., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
