The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition and charge sheet was filed and the same was not taken on file by the concerned Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed. These petitions are ordered accordingly.
