ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.240 of 2022, on the file of the first respondent police, in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that two cases in Crime Nos. 240 and 241 of 2022, came to be registered against the petitioner and that after completing the investigation, final reports have been filed before the jurisdictional Court.
