ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.5 of 2019 dated 21.01.2019.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the second respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 21.01.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State would submit that the second respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four months. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
