ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has produced communication letter filed by the Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Madurai City, stating that the Inspector of Police had conducted detailed enquiry and found that there is no land grabbing involved. Further, with regard to the other allegations that calling upon the defacto complainant by his caste name. Since it is law and order issue, the complaint has been forwarded to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Tallakulam. Hence, no petition is pending with the respondent Police.

2.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, this criminal original petitions stands closed.
