ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, in Crime No.315 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.09.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner is said to have caused damage to the tiles of the de-facto complainant worth about Rs.2,500/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and the de-facto complainant are neighbours and when the de-facto complainant was renovating his house, he thrown out the waste particles into the house of the petitioner, which was questioned by him, so, a false complaint was given against the petitioner.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, Thoothukudi District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
