2.The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the representation, dated 01.02.2021.

3.Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending for enquiry.

4.In the facts and circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the said representation submitted by the petitioner dated 01.02.2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
