(MD) No. 23774 of 2016 dated 09.01.2017 on the file of the Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAJAPRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY,Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions from 28.01.2017 onwards, which was imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 8 weeks. This petition is ordered accordingly.
