To Relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No. 6629 of 2022 Dated. 22.06.2022 and in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.9532/2022 . Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.9504 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9532 of 2022, dated 16.08.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.2029 of 2023 4.Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.9504 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9532 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti on 15.02.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
