Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings A.THI.MU.No.1022/A3/2016, dated 20.04.2016 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner from the date of appointment i.e. from 05.12.2014 and confer all the consequential benefits.

2.The writ appeals have been preferred by the Director of (*)Elementary School Education and others, against the common order passed in W.P.(MD).Nos.22840 to 22842 of 2016, dated 30.11.2016. 3.The correctness of the said order was considered by us in a batch of cases in W.A.(MD).Nos.471 to 475 of 2018 and the appeals filed by the Government was dismissed by judgment dated 20.03.2018, following the same, these appeals are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
