ORDER

This revision petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchendur, to frame the issue and consequently expedite the trial in O.S.No.190 of 2018 and complete the same within a time limit to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the revision petitioner/plaintiff has filed the above suit for declaration and injunction against the respondents/defendants and though the 3rd defendant entered appearance and filed written statement in 2018 itself and the other defendants remained exparte, the suit is still in the stage of framing of the issues without any progress. Thus, he would pray for a direction for early disposal of the suit.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since it is only a prayer for early disposal of the suit, notice to the respondents is not necessary.

CRP(MD)No.526 of 2021 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering that the petitioner is a senior citizen, without adverting to the merits of the case, ends of justice would be met by directing the learned Judge to dispose of the suit within a time frame. Since the suit is stated to be in the stage of framing of issues, the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchendur, is directed to frame the issue in O.S.No.190 of 2018, expedite the trial and dispose of the suit within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
