ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 5th respondent to send a proposal to 1st respondent for passing an order of attachment of subject properties and consequently to direct the 5th respondent to hand over to the petitioner a part of subject properties as found in Patta Nos.641 and 642, Ulaganeri Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District as proportionate to maturity amount by considering the petitioner's investment Bonds and the petitioner's complaint with the 7th respondent dated 27.06.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. In view of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.197 of 2025 dated 07.01.2025 relating to the same issue, no further orders can 3/6

be passed in this writ petition. This writ petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
