To call for the records and to set aside the judgment of conviction dated 13.09.2022 made in S.C.No.133 of 2013 on the file of Learned Sessions Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HEROLD SINGH.S.C., Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 02.12.2022 in Crl.MP(MD) No.14072 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.774 of 2022.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.
