ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent to file a charge sheet in Crime No.14 of 2019 of All Women Police Station.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and would submit that the investigaiton in Crime No.14 of 2019 is concluded and charge sheet is also made ready.

3.In the circumstances, the respondent is directed to file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the defacto complainant.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
