ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.This writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to issue shop license in favour of the petitioner for the Shop No.1 on the first floor of the shopping complex situated near New Bus Stand, Vadakku Valliyoor Town Panchayat for the period up to 31.03.2027 by considering the petitioner's representations dated 30.12.2024 and 22.01.2025. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearaing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the respondents are ready to give license within a period of two weeks. 2/4

5.Recording the same, this Court hereby direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 30.12.2024 and 22.01.2025 and issue a license within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
