ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 13.03.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 386 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.59 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 12.03.2019, when the defacto complainant was going to Pappanadu for purchasing some spare parts to his pump set, the accused persons restrained the defacto complainant and threatened him by showing knife and robbed a sum of Rs.200/- from him. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that earlier, this Court, by order dated 28.03.2019, Crl.O.P(MD)No.4681 of 2019 dismissed the bail petition.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having twelve previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, considering the previous case and nature of the offence committed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that there is no change in circumstances after dismissal of the earlier Bail application, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
