These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in G.O.Ms(1D) No.217, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) Department, dated 20.06.2019 on the file of the Respondent NO.1 and the consequential impugned deployment order in Na.Ka.NO.9588/A2/2018 dated 30.08.2019 of the file of respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal to the extent of Clause 4 (I) (ii) of G.O.Ms.(1D) No.217, School Education (Pa.Ka.5(1)) department, dated 20.06.2019 and consequently to direct the respondents No.2 to 4 to effect the deployment counseling by arriving at the list of surplus teachers in each Educational District level after the regular (promotion, Special category and District to District) Counseling is over.
