The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent to register the case against the accused on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 27.08.2014, within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the parties in Crl.O.P.(MD).19093 of 2014 has been resolved before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench on 06.01.2015 in Mediation Case No.893/2014. Therefore, a direction is issued to the first respondent to close the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.08.2014.
