O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation / appeal that was filed by the petitioner on 30.12.2020 as against the patta given in favour of the fifth respondent with respect to the subject property.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the third respondent will conduct the enquiry after giving an opportunity to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and final orders will be passed within a time frame fixed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.12.2020 after giving an opportunity to 2/4

the petitioner and the fifth respondent and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
