2. Mr.R.Saravanakumar, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents.

3. On the side of the petitioner it is stated that the petitioner is the Contractor, without his knowledge, some officials in the Forest Department forged certain documents as if the petitioner is the highest bidder and they swindle forest property. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the third respondent, but the third respondent refused to 1/3

consider the same since the property is within the jurisdiction of the second respondent. Subsequently, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent, who in turn, referred the matter to be dealt with by the second respondent. The second respondent enquired the petitioner over phone and on the complaint of the petitioner, six forest officials were suspended from service, but no other action was taken by the respondents. Hence, he prayed for a direction to take action against the complaint of the petitioner.

4.On the side of the respondents it is stated that the petition filed by the petitioner is numbered as C.No.11355 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020 and enquiry is pending before the third respondent.

5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the third respondent is directed to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
