Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, I.A.No.2076 of 2021 in O.A.446 of 2019 itself was disposed of.

In the light of that, the purpose of the writ petition now does not survive.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
