Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to act forthwith on the petitioner's representation dated 31.10.2022 immediately to take necessary statutory action to remove the encroachment and demolish the illegal and unauthorized constructions thereon put up by the respondents 5 to 7 in respect of the Sulochanambal Chathiram property measuring an extent of 6000 comprised in T.S.No.32 and TSLR in WARD C, situated in No.19, Aranthangi-Town and Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 3rd respondent. Considering the nature of order
going to be passed in this Writ Petition, notice to the respondents 4 to 7 is dispensed with.
3.The petitioner states that the private respondents encroached upon the land belonging to Sulochanambal Chathiram. Pointing out the same, he made a representation dated 31.10.2022 to the official respondents. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
4.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits and necessary action would be taken after providing opportunity to the private respondents.
5.In view of the said submission, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
