Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to kindly intervene in the issue of VR.Chatram and get back all the properties belonged to VR.Chatram from various persons by nulliyfing any document of title is in their favour and also cancel the order of appointment of fit person dated 05.04.2023 cited above by restoring the original scheme framed in O.A.No. 65/1978 and pass such other and appropriate orders if necessarily for the better administration of said VR.Chatram by considering our representation dated 15.11.2024 within time limit as may be fixed by this Court. Heard Mr.N.Tamilmani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to intervene in the issue of VR.Chatram and get back all the properties belonged to VR.Chatram from various persons by nulliyfing 2/5

any document of title in their favour and also cancel the order of appointment of fit person dated 05.04.2023 by restoring the original scheme framed in O.A.No. 65/1978 and pass such other and appropriate orders if necessarily for the better administration of said VR.Chatram by considering the petitioners representation dated 15.11.2024.

3. Although the petitioners had made a larger relief, it was based upon the representation dated 15.11.2024, which was received by the second respondent, as evidenced by the acknowledgment card from the postal department.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners representation is pending with the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.11.2024 and initiate appropriate action if the allegations therein are found to be true. The second respondent shall take action based on the said representation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
