ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint was preferred by the third party and the same was being enquired in current paper. He further submitted that summon was issued to both parties and an enquiry was conducted and it was closed on 03.04.2019. He added that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner and they have no intention to harass him.

5. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for the present to adjudicate

in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
