ORDER
Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.700 of 2020 registered on the file of Ammayanaickanur police station. The petitioner's daughter committed suicide by hanging. Hence the said FIR was registered under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C. 3.Marriage between the petitioner's daughter and the Pandiyarajan took place on 20.08.2018. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2226 of 2021 on 07.08.2020. The petitioner alleges that there was dowry demand. The death of married woman had taken place within two years from the date of marriage. It should be taken very seriously. The petitioner states that the third respondent has not conducted proper investigation. In order to dispel the petitioner's misgivings, the first respondent is directed to transfer the investigation from the file of the third respondent and entrust the same in the hands of the some other officer. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed on these terms.
