ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 293 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondent has got no objection to condone the delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 293 days, however, on payment of costs.
