ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey of land in S.No.419/2A of Sippiparai Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.
2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was closed, since the private respondent made a submission before the concerned police that they would resolve the dispute through a competent civil Court. It is further contended by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a civil suit was also initiated by the fourth respondent against the present petitioner in O.S.No.66 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif, Sattur, which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
