Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey of land in S.No.419/2A of Sippiparai Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection at the time of survey of land in S.No.419/2A of Sippiparai Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was closed, since the private respondent made a submission before the concerned police that they would resolve the dispute through a competent civil Court. It is further contended by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that a civil suit was also initiated by the fourth respondent against the present petitioner in O.S.No.66 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsif, Sattur, which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs.
