This direction petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to afford Police protection to the petitioner. 2.The petitioner seeks police protection to carry out the repairs of the shop viz., "Bismi Watch Works" at T.S.No.2/41, 42, Colachel Municipality, bearing Door No.24/62, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2014. Now, 4-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
