ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.464 of 2011 and to file a final report as stipulated by this Court and pass orders.

2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the case in Crime No.464 of 2011, after investigation, has been closed as 'Mistake-of-fact'. 4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition is closed. petitioner, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already furnished. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the closure of the complaint, it is open to him to file a protest petition against the RCS notice.
