ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.212 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 22.10.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks. 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
