DHILIPAN PANDIAN R L, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.18937 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court, prays to extend the time limit.
