ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, to expedite and complete the trial in C.C.No.27 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that including the Investigating Officer, there are eight witnesses listed in the final report and the trial is scheduled to commence on 22.05.2019.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, is directed to dispose of the trial in C.C.No.27 of 2017, within a period of three months from 22.05.2019.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
