No.12589/2019 in CRP.(MD).No.2396/2019 by directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- instead of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of HMOP.NO.622/2017 on the file of Sub Court, Thirumangalam pending disposal of the above Civil Revision Petition. PRAYER IN CRP(MD)No.2396 of 2019:

To set aside the impugned order dated 08.02.2019 passed I.A.No.140 of 2018 in H.M.O.P.No.622 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam and allow the Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.DEVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for M/s.AJMAL ASSOCIATES on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This application is filed to modify the order passed by this Court to deposit a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs to the credit of H.M.O.P.No.622/2017, on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam. 2.After hearing both sides, I am of the view that modification is not permissible. CMP(MD) No.1708 of 2021 one year, two [2] months time is granted to deposit the amount, failing which the interim order granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically. Further, till the main Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, the subsequent arrears at the rate of Rs.50,000/- per month shall be paid continuously. 3.This Court is also of the view that the matter is purely between the husband and wife and both should endeavour to appear before the Mediation Centre in the trial Court for conciliation. 4.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. Registry is directed to post the main Civil Revision Petition for hearing on 30.04.2021.
