This petition is filed to alter the FIR in Crime No.105 of 2015 (A Party) on the file of the third respondent police with relevant criminal Sections namely 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.105 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent has been completed and the respondent No.3 laid the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate on 12.11.2015. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
