COMMON PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.22 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 and A2, who were arrested on 11.01.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 448 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 25(1B)(b) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.22 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked him with Aruval. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that the petitioners are in judicial custody from 11.01.2022.

Crl.O.P(MD).No.2384 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the no previous case is pending against the petitioners.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, that the petitioners are not having any previous case at their credit and considering the duration of custody, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition are allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur District, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 04/02/2022 / TRUE COPY / 04/02/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
