Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit granted in the Criminal Original Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ time is extended by two weeks on condition that the petitioner

donate a sum of Rs.2,500/- to Indian Association for Blind, Sundarajampatty, Alagar Kovil Main Road, Arumbanur Post, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready.

4. Accordingly, the Crl.MP. is ordered.
