Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the first respondent from converting the temple land bearing Survey Nos.57 and 55/2, Keelaurappanur Village Bit-I, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District for other purpose and further directing the second respondent herein to take over the temple Keela Urappanur Sivanthan Vazhithondarkal Nangu Thagappan Poosari Vagaiyarakkalukku Pathiayappatta Sri Adisivan, Raja, Oomairaja Pathrakaliamman, Muruga Karuppusuvami situated at Survey Nos.57 and 55/2, Keelaurappanur Village Bit-I, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District by appointing the petitioner as a hereditary Trustee and further directing the third and fourth respondents to give 1/3
protection to the devotees in conducting the poojas in the temple, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2022 made to the respondents herein in person.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits by directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 03.01.2022 of the petitioner after giving due notice to all the concerned persons. This exercise shall be carried out by the respondents within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the petitioner and all the rival members of the family shall be heard before appropriate orders are passed. There shall be no order as to costs.
