ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 11.02.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No. 120 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner tried to cheat the defacto complainant as if he could polish the bronze, silver and gold jewels and thereby tried to grab the jewels. Hence the complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence, he prayed for bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is a Bihari and till now the property worth about Rs.2,25,000/- was not recovered and hence he objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner is Bihari and if he is released on bail, he will abscond and the progress of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation will affected, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
