2. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2020 for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b) and 307 of I.P.C. in Crime No.4 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. Hence, he seeks bail.
3. The petitioner's daughter got married to the defacto complainant without the petitioner's consent. The defacto complainant and his wife/petitioner's daughter returned to the village for the purpose of delivery. CRL OP(MD). No.2103 of 2020 injury. The victim was in hospital for well over 12 days. The learned counsel appearing for the intervener states that the victim has spent a sum of Rs.1,20,000/- towards medical expenditure alone. He also produced the photographs that indicate the grievous nature of injury caused to the victim. Since the conduct of the petitioner cannot be condoned, I a m not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
