Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in order dated 18/01/2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11 of 2017, concerned in Crime No.31 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District. the respondent herein.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ARAVINTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.Side),on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition from 02.02.2017 onwards.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police monthly once i.e., first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
