ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to expeditiously complete investigation and file charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate in Crime No.141 of 2017 on the file of the respondent no.2.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 17.06.2017, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of four weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
