This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned II Additional Sessions Court, Tirunelveli, in Crl.MP.No.704 of 2019 dated 08.03.2019.
2.The petitioners were implicated for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294 (b), 324 and 506 (ii) IPC and Section 3
(1) (r), 3(1) (s), 3(1) (y) and 3 (2) (Va) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act 2015 and granted bail by the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli (FAC) on condition that the petitioners should appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m on all working days and in holidays they should appear before the Deputy Superintendent Police, Karur at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m until further orders. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the residents of Tirunelveli. They have faced very hardship to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur. They have spend huge amount of money and also lost their daily employment. In which, the petitioners have prayed to modify the condition imposed by the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli (FAC), and they are ready to appear before the respondent police till the completion of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
investigation.
4.In view of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition imposed by the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli (FAC) is modified as the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
