The wife of the petitioner due to harassment by the money lenders had deserted harassment and gone to Viralimalai. The petitioner has filed the Habeas Corpus Petition to produce his wife.
2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. We have also perused the records.
3. Today, both the petitioner and his wife is present. The wife of the petitioner has joined with her Husband. Therefore, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition.
