ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to quash the the proceedings in M.C.No.657/2015/M, dated 28.01.2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2. The Court has also heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. This petition shall stands allowed on the sole ground that show cause notice is addressed to both the rival parties. It is also seen that the period for which the bond is called for has not been mentioned. Therefore, the proceedings in M.C.No.657/2015/M, dated 28.01.2015 on the file of the second respondent is quashed. Consequently, connected M.P(MD) Nos.1 & 2 of 2015 are closed.
