ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli, to expedite the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.214 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that totally there are eight witnesses, that the complainant has been examined as P.W.1, that L.W.1 to L.W.3 were examined and that the trial is scheduled to commence on 22.05.2019.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli, is directed to dispose of the trial in C.C.No.214 of 2015, within a period of three months from 22.05.2019.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
