ORDER

The petitioner complains that he is being interfered by the second respondent presumably at the instance of the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for third respondent and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as that of the third respondent submitted that both the third respondent and the petitioner have filed separate civil suits against the other and during the pendency of the civil suits, the second respondent is interfering in that.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint has been given by the third respondent and that the third respondent and the petitioner have filed suits in O.S.No.2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2012 and O.S.No.90 of 2018 respectively, which are pending. In view of the pendency of these cases, the respondent police have closed the complaint preferred by the third respondent.

5. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for the present to adjudicate in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
