ORDER

Seeking direction for speedy trial of the case in C.C.No.407 of 2025 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kariapatti, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with and also this Court hereby directs the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kariapatti, to complete the trial in C.C No.407 of 2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
