JUDGMENT
The Transport Corporation has preferred this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 2.Pending this appeal, the parties have entered into a compromise in the Execution Petition before the Lower Court. The parties have settled the issue before the Lok Adalat at Triuchirappalli held on 12.08.2023. In the Lok Adalat, the Transport Corporation has agreed to pay Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh only) as full quit to the claimants and the apportionment is also fixed in the Lok Adalat.
