ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 306 of IPC in Crime No.14 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been arrested.

3.The petitioner may file a regular bail application. 4.With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
